Granite State College Masters of Science (M.S.) degrees are designed around the idea of action learning. Opportunities to use and apply knowledge are provided throughout the curriculum in the form of case studies, simulations, and reflection on workplace problems by faculty and students. This learning culminates in the Capstone experience, where students are guided by an instructor and their program director in developing an applied project designed to promote synthesis of the knowledge, abilities, and skills that students have practiced throughout their coursework. Students present these projects to peers, faculty, and invited guests near the end of their final term in the program. This archive includes artifacts from these projects dating back to the first year of GSC students graduated from these programs in 2013.
