Abstract
This Capstone project is to develop a training program utilizing the best training methods to train adults' new technologies. Within my career at the University of New Hampshire, I find myself in the center of an implementation project that desperately needs a training structure and program. The employees within the Facilities Department need a path of learning, more reliable access to training, effective training methods for the demographic, and additional trainers to carry the burden for the team.
