    Abstract
The project is a group garden consisting of three (3) 4’wide x 8’long x 12”high raised bed gardens on the grounds of MakeIt Labs in Nashua, NH. I chose this project because I wanted to reclaim unused outdoor space and to repurpose yards as gardens. I used social media for marketing and interviews to gauge interest. I worked together with volunteers who wanted to work on building and maintaining the gardens. We used real-time Excel spreadsheets shared through workspace social media software called Slack to collaborate and build the budget and materials needed. What I found was there was already interests in the garden, that made justifying the project to board members and facilities committee a fairly simple task. What I also found was people are the basis for making projects happen.
