Abstract
It has been made a high priority through Executive Orders, FCC rulings, and Department of Homeland Security to support the Cybersecurity of critical infrastructure. Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP) or 9-1-1 Call Centers and those telecommunication service providers supporting them are included as critical infrastructure. INdigital is one of these telecommunication service providers. INdigital is expecting to be at the leading edge within the industry for compliance and reporting of sytstems integrity. INdigital needs to build a security compliance roadmap for future implementation and education of employees to industry trends, potential vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and mitigation plans.
