Abstract
Change management in leadership is something that occurs in every industry and every business, regardless of the want or willingness to change within the industry or business. We can assume from the review that there are many different methods and strategies that leaders employ when initiating change; the purpose is not to argue one method is better than the other, rather to compare and contrast methods that have been used in the past or are currently being used today. From this, understand how each may be beneficial or not.
