    Abstract

The research question addresses whether or not politically correct motives harm or help management. Topics covered address what being politically correct means, the impact of culture changes from an increasingly diverse workforce and the evolution of management in response to the multicultural needs of the 21st century workforce. Results show that the consistent application of political correctness helps organizations. In conclusion political correctness gives management clear guidelines for providing for an inclusive environment built on understanding, care, and respect.
