dc.description	Great athletes don’t happen by accident! They are built, and we will build them! Verified Elite Training Systems (V.E.T.S.) is a newly created sports performance training business that combines 21st century research and technology, old school dedication, and encouraging relationships to provide access for middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes to personalized, elite athletic strength, mobility, and sports performance training. This project is creating the business foundation upon which this business will be built. It will occur in five phases that will each last from six to eighteen months in length, with an overarching goal of full completion within five years from planning, through initial launch, to sustainable business stability. Our target market will be the northeast corner of Pennsylvania within a one-hour radius of the Pocono Mountains because there are over 20 high schools and over one million people within that radius.
