Everyone expects a sweet treat on Halloween, and we are no different. What we didn’t expect was a treat that left us with thousands of dollars in damages, and an unlivable part of our home. On Halloween 2019, our neighbors accidently drove their truck across the street, and directly into our property. Fortunately, the accident did not leave anyone injured or harmed, but what it did do was harm our existing plans for the property. This project is centered around this event, and the subsequent repairs, followed by the originally planned renovations. A high level of attention to detail, budgeting, and estimating techniques will be needed to get everything back on track.
