Every day, businesses find themselves exposed to the possibility of business interruption as a result of an unexpected crisis. These events put in jeopardy the company’s ability to uphold their responsibility to their shareholders, and subsequently their communities. Many corporations fail to plan for these scenarios, and those that do plan, fail to do so to an adequate level of preparedness. This program, by simplifying the steps and clearly identifying the various parties involved in the process, eliminates some of the stigma and potential stumbling blocks in Crisis Management & Business Continuity Planning. The resulting process provides a viable easy to follow roadmap that any company, organization or team can follow to help them move through the logical progression of introduction, adoption and implementation of a Crisis Management & Business Continuity Plan for their organization.
