dc.descriptionThis study will analyze the best practices utilized when considering those with “special needs.” This study will analyze the history of special education practices that have been achieved through experiences, knowledge, and professional development, that has prepared and implemented current best practices. This study will question previous and current special education practices through already conducted research along with scholarly articles. The goal of this study is to find current best practices in special education in rural school districts and why they have been found to be the “best,” through careful questioning, reviewing, and analyzing.
